Shipping Policy
We proudly craft our products to order in California using a small-batch production process.
All orders are subject to processing time prior to shipment. Except for items specifically marked as Warehouse Sale or Sample Sale, all products are made after an order is placed.
Processing time refers to the time required to produce, prepare, and package your order before it ships.
Shipping time refers only to the transit time once the order has been handed off to the carrier.
Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Processing times are separate from shipping transit times and begin after your order is placed.
Shipping time begins after your order ships and is determined by the carrier. Estimated delivery dates do not include processing time.
Color Information
We take great care to accurately represent the colors of our products. Colors may appear differently across screens and devices.
Lead Times
Cotton Collection
Cotton items, including all cotton bedding, pillowcases, and bedskirts, typically require 3–5 business days of processing prior to shipment.
Due to our custom, small-batch production process, processing times may extend beyond this estimate.
Print Collection
Print items typically require 3–5 business days of processing prior to shipment.
Due to our custom, small-batch production process, processing times may extend beyond this estimate.
Quick Ship Collection
Items labeled as Quick Ship are made to order but prioritized in our production schedule and typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Due to our small-batch process, processing times may extend beyond this estimate, particularly during peak seasons or periods of high order volume.
Linen & Velvet Collection
Linen and velvet items typically require a 2–3 week processing lead time prior to shipment.
Due to customization and our small-batch production process, processing times may extend beyond the stated estimate.
Velvet Pillows Collection
Made to order in small batches. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipping.
Production times may vary.
Fabric & Swatches
Fabric swatches typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Due to our small-batch production process, swatch processing times may take longer and are not guaranteed.
Fabric swatches are provided as a reference only. Dyed colors may vary slightly due to the nature of the dyeing process. Printed fabrics are produced for consistency, though slight color variation from the swatch may occur.
Warehouse & Sample Sale Items
Items clearly marked as Warehouse Sale or Sample Sale are in stock and typically ship within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Quantities are limited and availability is not guaranteed.
Holiday & Peak-Season Delays
During holidays, promotional events, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
We recommend placing orders early during peak seasons.
Order Fulfillment & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Linen Salvage et Cie is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier once an order has shipped.
