Refund policy

Linen Salvage et Cie Bedding

All return requests must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Due to the nature of our products (we consider bedding to be the same as lingerie) , returning Items must be new, unused, unwashed , and in the original condition in the original packaging. Returns can only be processed for products purchased on our website and cannot be returned from any other retailer , seller or website.

Please email us a request for return to support@linensalvage.com so we can assist you.

If eligible, we will email a pre-paid return shipping label to you and issue a refund to your payment method after we receive and inspect your return item(s).This process usually takes 24-48 hours from receipt of the return. We do not refund shipping costs. Only pre-approved returns with a Return Authorization # from us shall be accepted in our warehouse. If you are returning an item, please email us your tracking # to support@linensalvage.com  so we can be on the lookout for it. We regret we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not arrive to your delivery address.

All custom made products are final sale and are not returnable , not eligible for refund nor exchange.

All Clearance Sale bedding is a final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.
